Dysgyria is a recently introduced terminology with no clear understanding of the underlying mechanism.On imaging randomly oriented sulci with abnormal gyral pattern and normal cortical thickness are observed. Diagnosis of dysgyria can be challenging and has been seen in association with tubulin, FGFR2 , FGFR3 and ACTA2 mutations.
